Thank God It's Friday?!?!?!?!?

The picture above tends to showcase one's appreciation for the weekend and the fact that there would  not be an office/work place to go to. however, I do have a concern!!!

Why do we say TGIF? What exactly are we thanking God for? Aside keeping us alive, that is?

Is the fact that we ladies have to cook, clean, wash, make hair, mend clothes, iron clothes, pay a visit to friends, gossip, take care of hubby/boyfe, spend our precious cash, go to the gym, go clubbing, prepare for church, attend activities and function... 

The list goes on and on...

Meanwhile, on Mondays to Fridays we go to work and take care of hubby ( for those that are not married, we make phone calls to boyfe or at most have Friday evenings out, which is already the start of weekend anyway).

I'm not going to talk about the guys for the simple fact that I am not one. You can share your view in the comment section below!

What then do we say TGIF for? We spend more money, energy and waste precious time during the weekends than we spend on weekdays!!!!

 I really don't see why I should celebrate Fridays!!!!
